Hello, fellow crafters!

Welcome to October! Isnt the year flying by... its time to start preparing for Christmas!!

I've had a box-full of embellishment goodies arrive! There are top brands - Heidi Swapp, S.e.i, Autumn Leaves and EK Success - but more importantly, there are gorgeous designs and ideas - clips, felt butterflies, Disney stickers, brads etc. There are new packs of alphabets as well...... There is limited stock of these items so get in quick!!!

We have some new Cuttlebug folders too - all the latest designs, gorgeous and so useful. $13 per folder or $19 for TWO - great value! - these packs of two come pre-packed and there is a great selection to suit everyone!!!
New Cricut felts/markers have arrived too, so you can draw instead of cutting :-) I'm looking forward to trying these out myself!!

The new storage folders will be here at the end of the week (with the 12x12 inserts!!) - these are sooo cool, what a great way to store all your papers, embellishments and tools!!

Speaking of tools, the new i-top brad maker from Imaginisce is here! I have had so much fun playing with this, making brads from photos, papers and fabric. For a demo, come to one of the classes below!

The new ranges from the Q2 Kaisercraft will also be in next week - super stunning Xmas papers, and beautiful new embellishment packs - ribbons, flowers, fibres, brads ... very cool! Also in this shipment will be the new Kaisercraft magazine. These mags are brilliant value as they have loads of ideas for layouts, off-the-page and come with free papers to match the new ranges!!!

And with Xmas just around the corner, its time to get prepared! I've teamed up with Jenn and Delys from Stampin Up! to present the 2009 Christmas Craft Extravaganza - a weekend of Christmas craft!! We'll be making gifts, Advent calendars, gift boxes and wrapping, Christmas cards and tags and scrapbooking layouts!!
October 16 & 18 - all classes must be pre-booked and pre-paid because we can only accomodate small groups!! Suitable for beginners and advanced papercrafters, scrapbookers, cardmakers and other crafters ..... check out the blog - http://whakatanepapercrafters.blogspot.com/ for more details.

10 October - Crop 9am-12pm - with free demo of the i-top Brad Maker!!
11 October - Shopping Avo 1-3pm - a chance to pick up your orders, grab some more supplies etc.

16 October - Christmas Craft Extravaganza - 7-9pm
18 October - Christmas Craft Extravaganza - 12-5pm

24 October - Crop 9am - 12pm - with a free demo of the Freeze Frame - brilliant for scrapbooking layouts!

14 November - Class 9am - Make your own embellishments - beat the recession and save those precious scrapbooking dollars - learn to make
embellishments and stretch your supplies even further
- Crop 10am - 12pm- Come and have a fun crop morning and get some of those projects finished!

21 November - Crop & Class 9am - 12pm - Baby-friendly crop. With a free demo of Scrapbooking Storage Solutions and one-day discounts on storage options!!!

19 November - Class 7-9pm - to be confirmed.
